When authors place all responsibility
for their book promotion campaigns into a book publicist's
lap and leave it there, the results are often ...

Let's face it. Marketing a book is not
easy. So let us do the hard work while you benefit from
our staff's combined 35-plus years of book marketing experience.
We'll target your audience and follow your reader, determining
who your readers are and what captivates their attention.
Then, we'll position you and your book right in front
of them. We'll strategically identify TV, print, radio
and Internet media outlets best suited to your audience
and explore avenues that tie your book to current events
and "hot" culture topics. We know when and how
to maximize your opportunities, and we follow up to confirm
interviews, reviews, appearances and book signings.
Our programs
are entirely flexible-designed to fit your needs and establish
you as a resounding success in the industry. At KMGC
we offer three personalized publicity packages to meet
the needs of your book. Yet, with every plan we begin
by developing a custom-designed campaign strategy to maximize
your exposure.
Our most successful program is The
Gold Package, a concentrated effort spreading over
a three-month period. This program allows our publicist
to build a strategic campaign strategy to effectively
communicate the importance of your title. By spreading
over a three-month period, we're provided an opportunity
to hit "hot" topics from a national media perspective.
(Please see the following media package descriptions for
details.)
Our second package is The
Silver Package, offering a six-week range concentrating
on the author's home state and regional area. (Please
see the following media package descriptions for details.)
Our third package is The
Bronze Package, a one-month package focusing on the
author's hometown media outlets. (Please see the following
media package descriptions for details.)
Our goal at KMGC is to "Under Promise and
Over Deliver." With that in mind, we don't stop after
the goals of each package are successfully captured before
the expired date. We continue expanding our campaign strategy
to capture even more media attention.
Once a package is selected, KMGC will build a list
of goals and objectives with the author to accomplish
desired results. The sometimes unpredictable nature of
public relations prohibits us from generating certain
results that a client might expect. That is why we feel
it is very important for our publicist to have an open
door of communication and clear understanding of an author's
goals from the beginning. |
